What is Heart Chan meditation?
A spiritual practice with roots 2,500 years old—originated in India and spread to China in the fifth century.  It has been integrated with local Chinese elements such as Taoism, features from Chinese medicine and concepts involving life energy (Chi), such as those found in Qigong.  Through Heart Chan meditation practice, practitioners can focus on energy points to facilitate the energy flow in the body, keep a healthy figure, calm the mind, and awaken ourselves from within.
